about 7 to 8 months (oh. I should say I used the liquid form for the 6 months or so. Then the last month or so, I switched to the tablet form). but really I don't think it really did anything for me. but everyone's different i suppose. it does have additional health benefits but I don't think it really helps in losing weight.
Wow, that's a long time.
Yes, you're right. Everyone is different. I was just posting some info in another thread bout low carb diets.
Apparently, people's bodies react differently to different foods according to your blood type. Human blood types mutated and evolved over time as humans migrated to new lands and were exposed to new foods. Type AB is the newest mutated form of blood and the rarest from what I understand.
A book I'm reading is called "Eat Right 4 Your Type." It gives reasons as to why certain blood types respond better than others to particular diets. No one diet works for all unfortunately.
It was kind of neat, because it was discussing the dominant blood type of asian I believe? I think it said that they do not respond well to lactose. I'd have to go back and read it again.
Anyhow, its a great read. Discusses what foods are good, neutral, and bad for the different blood types. Also what diseases are more dominant for certain blood types.
As soon as I get my blood type test done, I'm going to try it. Apparently the patients who tried cutting out negative foods lost weight really quickly, "too quickly" the doctor said.
I noticed they even have forums for the different blood types. Interesting eh?
