this morning weighed in at 71.9/158,5lbs :) hopefully tomorrow would be at my 'gw1' (71.6kg/157,8lbs) and finally be at a bmi of 23 again. don't really feel good at 24, too close to the edge :/

anyways today im really not hungry at all so only had 415 so far (lunch: 3 dark chocolate covered rice cakes, 2 dried apricots & 2 clementines - 293 cal. snack: a madeleine - 112 cal) and it's 5pm. probs won't eat more today since im super tired too.
 
Congratulations on being so close to your goal weight. Are you trying to force the scale down to to reach it tomorrow or is this how you often eat? Because all I see is carbs, sugar, a bit of fat, and hardly enough calories even for a 5:2 fast day. I sincerely hope you treat your body better most days.

don't really eat like that, just really wasn't hungry
 
today only ate 340 cal, no appetite like yesterday :/ (breakie: 1 plain yoghurt & 5 dried abricots - 196 | lunch: 1 plain yoghurt & a clementine - 99 | snack: 1 dried abricot & 4 pcs of gum - 45)
 
just weighed myself & i'm past my gw1 & dropped bmi points :blush5: so atm i'm at 70.9kg/156,3lbs & only got 1kg left before my second gw. hope i can drop that by the end of the week
 
I kind of find it hard to congratulate you while you're on such low calories. One day of that can happen to anyone but after that it would be sensible to prepare and offer yourself proper food regardless, the way you would do for a child. Your body needs you.
 
yesterday had 1622 cal & today so far 814 (breakie: blueberry yoghurt & a fruit cup thing - 104 | snack: monster drink - 396 | lunch: one quesadilla & a sports bar -420)
 
had another monster drink so + 196 cal so like 1010 cal total. won't eat anything else today probs since i'm like really tired
 
Eating healthy, diverse meals would likely give you more energy than energy drinks...
maybe a little yea, but I don't want to force stuff down if i'm not really hungry. plus that's not really why i don't have energy probs wouldn't help that much either but ty
 
today had 1192 cal..ik it's not a lot but it's decent (breakie: 5 slices of turkey & mini caramel macchiato - 332 | lunch: sports bar - 81 | snack: raspberry yoghurt - 107 | dinner: sports bar & 2 cups of ramen - 667)
 
actually nvm had a big late night snack, idk why but was real hungry all a sudden. anyways had a blueberry yoghurt, sports bar & 4 turkey slices... (342 cal) feel kinda embarassed for eating that much rn.
so today would be
1534 total
 
Nothing wrong with eating 1534 kcal in a day. Looks like a decent dieting day to me, except for the kind of things you ate. Don't you like fresh food at all?
 
actually had a little more food after that yesterday (a whole mozarella ball & a fruit cup - 466) so about 1952.
today had 1063 so far, i think thats all since i'm tired & full (lunch: 3 mini brownies - 183 | dinner: 6 honey cookies & 1 glass of milk - 870| snack: 2 zero ice teas - 10)
