Analysing Progress?

I completely understand why LandonsBaby doesn't want to tell you what to eat. With a condition like Diabetes, even if it is under control right now, taking advice from someone who doesn't know your history and specific medical needs is not a good idea. Have you thought of making an appointment with a dietitian? Someone who specializes in diabetes. They'll be able to give you a nutrition plan after reviewing your medical history, and talking to you one on one about your specific goals and needs.

And I second what everyone else is saying, you need to eat more! How much more, talk to a professional.

My diabetes is controlled so don't be afraid of me, I won't die. That is my main concern, so anything that messes with that, I will know. I used to take insulin shots, though with my control of diet and exercise, its no longer needed. As you may not know, when someone starts insulin shots, it might be difficult to get off it, though I managed and in good timing. I want to know your suggestions, just throw them in. Also I updated the screenshot of my progress which shows 3 days completed and its averages.

According to that, you burn 3000 calories a day. A reduction of more than 50% is NOT safe or required; you need to eat more.
