I didn't want to forget
so here I sit
writin' a soon-to-be happy birthday
for Chillen and hoping the sun's ray
will shine upon him to light
his birthday right

Undoubtedly his positive attitude
makes him one cool dude
And without hesitation
I sanction
tomorrow to be Chillen's day
because it's his birthday.

Thank you Evolution for the time and thought, I was quite suprised by the the thread. I sincerely appreciate it. What a cool thing to do.

Therefore Evolution I say without any verbal Air Pollution that I respect this Execution of Contribution and appreciate your sound post Distribution , and in turn wish you Resolution in your personal Evolution. :)

I will be 46 the 25th. I dont even come close to feeling like it. I ran around playing football with the kiddo's yesterday for about 4 hours (running, stopping, twisting, bending, turning, cutting corners, etc), and wasn't close to being sore (thanks CARDIO! and.....Weight training! ROCK ON!).

I have a rather interesting Present for myself: I am close to maxing out the resistance on my upright bike, and plan to put it on max and do it for 45m. The other present was to gain about 4 pounds without fat gain, and I accomplished that in 30 days. (154 to 158--modified zig-zag diet).

My wish is to unite the forum and instill goodwill. :)

I appreciate all the comments, and Mreik......CHILL with Evo.....LOL!

WE are strong in unity.
