haha aren't they though! :) I'm so excited for the concert! I'm trying to think of something good to have them sign...any ideas? :) I might bring them a gift too..I don't know though, we'll see about that one.

I'm glad i'm doing so well this week. This weekend isn't going to be as easy. I'm going "camping" with my bro, sis in law, nieces,and nephew. Soooo I can't bring too much of my own food. I think I'll probably just bring my own snacks. I'll eat what they have for meals and when they have sweet snacks and stuff I'll try and slip in my healthier versions. I've done really well though, and while I don't want to hinder my efforts, I do think I deserve this time to enjoy myself and not worry about things.

Hey thanks girls! Well, I had an absolute blast camping! I definitely got my fair share of exercise in! I don't think my eating was as good as it has been normally now, but it was definitely better than it used to be! Either way, I was pretty proud.

There was soooo much stuff to do there! I played at the park with the kids, went fishing with my brother (caught 5 fish too! all small ones but not too bad for my first time fishing!), went swimming in the lake, went on the water slide, went canoeing twice, rode my bike, oh and they had a place where you could rent these funky little bikes and oh man it was so much fun (so we did that 3 times) LOL!

So yesterday we came back and then I had to go over to a friend of the family's house for our cookout. So while I was there I probably jumped on the trampoline for maybe a couple hours (not really sure???!!!) It was fun too!

I can't believe how much fun I had! Anyway! I decided not to weigh myself again...I'm going to wait until next Monday, but back to normal today! I'm so exhausted now though, boy am I going to sleep well tonight!

Today was a pretty good day. I know no apples but it felt good anyway as far as food goes. Oh I was so proud...I made my own chicken cordon bleu type thing! Nothing from the box! AND I made the fries you told me about Korrie! It was a yummy dinner and I made it by myself. Hahaha! :eek: :p :D
 
Those fries look great, I've got to try them!

Way to go sticking to the diet (even if you didn't eat any apples :p )
 
Duh should of asked about your camping trip :rolleyes: glad you had a good time, i think ill have to try those Oprah fries too now :D

Hey girl... just wanted to give you some info that i learned from my nutritionist yesterday regarding carbs in the morning or carbs at all... Im looking at your food diary and you are really high in carbs..have you thought about incorporating more protiens? I am trying to do that now as my loss has been sluggish and even though I do whole grains it has been working against me. Just a tip..not a critism!
