Ok I know people are going to tell me off for this, but... I don't "do" drinking water. Never have. So what I'd like to know is, what is the next best thing? I don't drink tea or coffee so I rely on cold drinks throughout the day -if it was up to me I'd live on diet coke (and it's sugar free ) but that's not too healthy... normally I'd decide to stick with weak squash but even the ones with "no added sugar" have natural sugar content dont they.
I've tried to get used to drinking water and manage to talk myself into drinking of glasses a day but I really dont like it... any suggestions for what the next best thing is? Aside from not wanting my diet affected, I do want to make sure I'm getting enough fluid for my health, what with all the excercise I've taken on.
