set a specific time every day and just make yourself do it... schedule the time to do it...
generally first thing in the morning is what works for a lot of people so that it's done for the day -I'm an end of th day person because mornings are well - awful...
it takes 28 days to build a habit - all you have to do is start on day one then go to day 2..
If I set a schedule to do something... make a plan... tell myself, "I about going to go for a walk in fifteen minutes," I will not-- will NOT-- follow it.
For instance, yesterday I said I was going to go do crunches and walk up and down my stairs, and I didn't. I just sat around on the computer for a while. Eventually, maybe an hour and a half later, I went and took a WALK.
If I say I'm going to do something, I no longer feel like doing it. I might go do something else, but I won't do what I say I'm about to do. I just have to do it without saying I am.
Maybe I'm strange.
I get bored easily, so I have to constantly switch up whatever I'm doing.
For a while, I was taking a walk around my subdivision each morning, and it made me feel more energetic throughout the day, but now I can't seem to want to wake up and just go do it.
