Hi so today I thought I would treat myself to a little cheat meal, ate a bar of chocolate with lunch. Once I'd eaten the chocolate, I wanted a bag of crisps, once that was gone I needed another sandwich, my friend made some cake and when I got home had some of that bad boy, then had fried chicken rice and sauce for dinner!

I'm actually quite glad this happened, has made me realize that overeating doesn't actually make me feel any better, chocolate and cake etc don't even taste that good. In fact I just feel sick now

Tomorrow is a new day! Also if I factor in the amount I've gone under my RDA of calories should still be looking at around 2lb weight loss at the end of this week so I'm not too stressed about it. A bit dissapointed but Oh well.

I'm writing this mainly just to remind myself that binging is bad

Also I'm thinking of upping my calories from 1400 to 1600-1800 do you think this will be a good idea?

Sometimes, we will have bad days. Try to learn something about yourself from it and put it behind you and just try to stick to your plan going forward. No sense beating yourself up over it..it's over. The past you can't change and the future isn't here yet...all you can impact is right now.

I think your right about upping your daily calories. It's good to actually mix it up sometimes and have periods of more and periods of less.

I hope it continues to go well. I kind of blew it out Saturday at a super bowl party. Oh well...refocus and keep on trucking.

Nothing wrong with letting yourself eat what you want once in a while. Good for you for letting it go, though! That's tough to do.

I try to let myself have "binge" days 1-2 times a month. I think it's unhealthy to deprive yourself and after a while all you think about is what you can't have. Learned that the hard way!

Keep going! :)

Unless you post your height, weight, sex and age, it will impossible to determine.
(activity level will also help)
.......
What motivates me after a huge binge is stepping on the scale the next few days. Sure, you'll gain a little, but then, after a few good days, you'll see how easy it is to lose weight when you focus!
