Measuring wrists? Hmm. that is interesting, I imagine you don't or wouldn't lose much there regardless. but all the same, the rest of the changes are excellent!
i'm measuring wrists only because i've always had small, weak wrists ... just curious to see if they get any bigger from weight training without training them specifically ... it's tough to want to lose weight while gaining muscle size ... makes the scale completely useless (which it should be ignored anyway).
i agree it is tough gain and loose at the same time, i realy only get a good idea of my progress at my 6 weekly fitness assesments, and so far so good each time the fat % had gone down and the muscle has gone up and the goal weight on my ticker changes more often than the current weight as i gain more muscle.
