Body Fat: 21% Yay! Ive dropped 2% since measured last
My workout was really alright today, stuff that I struggled before with, I was able to do and my trainer, Jenny, add to add more things into it to make it harder So that felt good. I wanted to do more cardio today then I did, but I have this weird sinus thing going on, so my head has been all fuzzy and I'm congested. So that for sure affected it.
Workout:
-I did 1 mile on a treadmill, and I just felt off on it, so I didn't run the whole thing, I did a walk/job and completed it in 15 mins.
-35 minutes of legs, abs, and back
-20 mins of elliptical
So about over an hour of gym time, I wanted to do more, but wasn't feeling that great because of my sinuses. But tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I'll feel stronger tomorrow!!!
Intake was eh...lol. I was around 1027 calories, which isn't bad, but I think the quality of the food I put in was bad. I ended up munching on some candy, and didn't have my usual muscle milk, and instead snacked :/ Intake is posted below.
