Body Fat: 21% Yay! Ive dropped 2% since measured last :D

My workout was really alright today, stuff that I struggled before with, I was able to do and my trainer, Jenny, add to add more things into it to make it harder :) So that felt good. I wanted to do more cardio today then I did, but I have this weird sinus thing going on, so my head has been all fuzzy and I'm congested. So that for sure affected it.

Workout:

-I did 1 mile on a treadmill, and I just felt off on it, so I didn't run the whole thing, I did a walk/job and completed it in 15 mins.
-35 minutes of legs, abs, and back
-20 mins of elliptical

So about over an hour of gym time, I wanted to do more, but wasn't feeling that great because of my sinuses. But tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I'll feel stronger tomorrow!!!

Intake was eh...lol. I was around 1027 calories, which isn't bad, but I think the quality of the food I put in was bad. I ended up munching on some candy, and didn't have my usual muscle milk, and instead snacked :/ Intake is posted below.

Hey all, sorry I was away for labor day weekend and really didn't get a chance to write in here till now :)

I posting my intake for yesterday below, since I didn't get to post it last night.

Well yesterday I absolutly kicked my ass and I'm so feeling it today. I took advil last night, but I think I should take some more. I'm just sore everywhere.

Workout Yesterday:
1.5 Miles at 4.5-5.0 speed
30 min bike 5.8 miles
3 sets of 15: squats with bar
3 set of 15: 10lb weights and bar deadlifts
60 reps with 45lbs leg press

Then I came home for a bit and then did a 90 min class of Bikram Yoga, and it was soooo much hotter this time then it was the first time I tried it. So I for sure sweat up a storm. But I felt more flexible so I pushed myself harder this time. So far I really love the class and can't wait to see the results from it. They said if you do it 3 times a week, you will results, so I'm going to aim for 4-5 days a week. I was hoping to go today, but I have to go to the gym later and I can hardly move as is...so I think I'm going to rest a bit today.

I'm going to be lazy and just type out my intake today, I don't feel like pulling out the good ole photoshop. :sport:

Breakfast:
2 pieces of raisin bread swirl
1 TBSP Better than Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Simply Fruit

290 calories - 4.5g fat - 52.5g carbs - 8g protein - 2g fiber

Lunch
1.5 Chicken Breast
1 Tortilla
1/4 cup of fat free mozz
6 TBSP refried beans

410 calories - 6.4g fat - 34.9 carbs - 62.1 protein - 17.1 fiber

Dinner:
Sweet Potato

112 calories - 26.2 carbs - 2 protein - 3.9 fiber

TOTAL INTAKE TODAY:
812 calories
113.6g carbs
11g fat
72g protein
23g fiber

EXERCISE

1 mile at 4.5-5.0

Full Body Workout
-squats on bosu ball and jumps on pyros (sp?) while tossing a ball back and forth ) alternating between bosu and pyros, spending a minute on each, and doing 3 sets
-Lifts with Medicine Ball while walking, doing between sets of above sets (bosu/pyro jumps)
-3 types of ab workouts, done 2 times each

Cool down on Bike for 3 minutes

I didn't get to go to Bikram Yoga today unfort :( But I should be going to it tomorrow, and for the rest of the weekend. For sure loving that, I just feel so good afterwards.

So....next week I'm planning to take some new photos, I think my tummy is getting much tighter.. so if it's looking good I'll take some pictures hehe

Also...question for you all. Do you think I'm a carb junkie?? LOL. Just seems I eat a of carbs..how much so I have daily?
