Entry 3:

I started my day with only 3.5 hours of sleep before working from 7am-1136pm which wasn’t too bad but I did drink a coffee energy drink to get through it. I ate a honey bun and sausage biscuits and gravy for my breakfast then ate some trail mix for a snack and ended with a Publix deli meal with double Mac n cheese as I wanted the extra carbs for energy as I still had about 4 hours of work to get through. Work was rather agitating as my supervisor decided to make me do about Twice the work as my coworkers and got pissy about my speed despite the fact I was done only about 15 minutes after my coworkers but it is what it is, I’m really good at keeping a cool head and not letting my emotions take over. I’m home now and just relaxing watching tv and playing games and will be trying to sleep soon as I REALLY need it

That would´ve driven me up the wall and possibly right into a binge so well done keeping calm! I hope you get some sound sleep, if only because lack of sleep tends to make us more hungry.
