This makes me wish I took some pics before I began losing. I was at 245+, and now rest at just under 210. You're looking great - the folds between your chest and belly button, on the sides, is nearly gone.
You've probably heard this a million times, but keep up the good work. You didn't put on those pounds over night, so they wont fall off that quickly either.
What I did to stay motivated was buy a shirt that was obviously too small for me - it was an XL shirt with one of my favourite bands on it. Try that same shirt on every week and take note of how it feels and looks on you...it'll really help.
Also, just wait 'till you start getting compliments from people.
