Advice & Thoughts on my routine, please

Test of manhood:

Take an entire week off from exercise physical activity. Eat horrendously, and as much as you're hungry for.

During which you teach yourself about periodization. Afterward, apply what you know.

Yeah, and? Did you just one finish one and are consequently now all out of cookies and wanting me to give you one? Just kiddin'. :D Figured I'd chime in with more of the, 'Please to remember you are human (-> require rest to adapt optimally) and conduct yourself accordingly, BSL', in case it'll help. He does seem rather stuck in his delusion of being a train rather than a person, though.

Remember, BSL, the formula looks like this:

..-> stress -> recovery -> adaptation ->..

Notice recovery comes before adaptation. Notice also that this is a recursive statement. The logic is formal, and very simple. If stress, then recovery. If recovery, then adaptation. If adaptation, then stress, and so forth.

At no point in its endless truth table is stress -> adaptation ever a consideration. You may infer it according to the rules of supposition of most any logic, sure, but only when you have already validated recovery. Which you have not. And will continue not to until you stop living in a castle in the sky and start learning how. Not necessarily in that order.

Okay, good talk.

Hahaha, I laugh at your logic. You see, we superhumans don't follow traditional logic. It's just not for me.
