any runners or just pure athletes want to join up with me on this run intense training headed into a Marathon? the schedule is below. It is currently week 15 in the plan. Pace is completion spent pace, based on experience. Meaning you run the 4M (4 miles) at a run to spend it pace. for me that will be 8 min miles or so.

anyhow, i know there are a few runners. Would anybody like to join up and hold each other accountable and run 6 days a week for 5 weeks. Even if you wanted to commit to half distance it would be very good for goth of us.
