Hi all. Haven't posted for a few days. Been a bit busy, but I've still recorded my daily data.

The weight loss has been generally consistent, but for some reason I'm up 1 kg today. I'm not too worried though as I feel I'll get back in the groove during the week. To be honest, my weekends are usually the worst where I would completely undo all the work I do during the week. That being said, I actually did a good job this weekend.
My biggest cheat was Valentines day (Friday). I had a few small chocolates, nothing serious. That evening though we visited the parents-in-law and I relaxed a bit. It wasn't a case of me getting carried away unplanned(which is when I go on a food rampage), but rather me planning out beforehand where I'm willing to relax. I had two glasses of wine that evening as well as meat as apposed to my salad. I barely ever drink alcohol so I take it as a small treat.
Saturday I had a salad for lunch. I was only able to get through half of it and had to leave it to eat later in the afternoon. Just shows how quickly one adapts to smaller meals. The day was HOT though and our country is experiencing load shedding so at the hottest point the power went off, which meant no fans. Didn't do any gardening or any work in the house as I was mainly trying avoid turning into a pile of ash. The evening my brother and his wife came to visit and view our new place. We got some sushi. I only had a few and skipped out on desert. There was leftover sushi which I left for the next day.
Sunday I got up early and decided to get the lounge painted. I underestimated how long it would take though!! At least the weather has cooled quite a lot and the wind picked up a bit so the paint still dried quickly. Had the leftover sushi for lunch and salad for dinner.
All in all I would say that the weekend went down well. Tomorrow is my 1 week weigh-in.
