I really like your set up on day 2...rack pulls, good mornings, chins...good stuff. Looks like you're strength is really starting to improve!

Thanks for the compliment. I don't think my numbers are anything impressive...so many others stronger than I am.

evo what are you talkin about? do you honestly think that there are so many people out there who can deadlift 430 x 2 without breaking a sweat?

nice work abear. when is the scheduled week off? or is that not for awhile?

You have a point, Wolvie...now if I could just get some 20" guns to strut around the beach. :p Abear, when are you planning for some max attempts?

it was supposed to be this week but since i'm only training twice a week, i just kept going. i will do another loading phase beginning next week and start another training cycle.

well, i orginally wasnt gonna try until the end of april but since thats a bit far, i may change that and try at the end of february after the next training cycle. i began planning my summer routine yesterday and i ordered my trap bar from elitefts this morning. it was $160 plus $30 shipping. i have been selling old guitar books on ebay and i have enough money for it now. :)

last workout of this training cycle. i actually got to finish this one as comparted to my last one.

i'm gonna look over my numbers and compare where i'm at to where i was and see what improvements i've made.
 
weighed in today at 178lbs. gained a little size on my chest and thighs, nothing dramatic

as for poundages, thursday i pushed 125x3x3 on overheads and my personal best over the summer was 130x1

on the bench i did 160x3x3 monday and my personal best was 175x1. rows were 135x3x3 and my best is 150x1. my PR on squats is 260x1 but that was with a wide stance and only going to parallel. i got 220x3x3 monday with a more narrow stance and going below parallel.

very satisfied as this training cycle was a practice run more or less. start monday with a new cycle so i'll start a new thread.
