Week 1 results

Really sorry I havent posted I haven't been feeling well, I have to get more blood work done they think they saw an infection in my body or something from last blood tests.

Just woke up ate 1 of "Chillen's Health Bars", Chillen do you know the nutrition on them? haha. 1 Banana and I am making a chicken sandwich on wheat. Going for a bike ride with my lady friend in an hour or two if it doesnt rain.
 
Okay so I will post todays weigh in results.

I am now down -1lb. weighing in at 223. I am happy about this =] I am still in lead for competition no one else lost weight, step mom lest .5 and step sister gained .5
 
Okay Well its 12:30 now and I haven't eaten anything has I have to get my blood taken for more tests for my heart and stuff. Hoping its all good.
 
Okay New day woke up late and made a chicken cold cut on wheat tortilla with some mexican cheese mix. Then I went for 1hr 30min bike ride and came home and had a serving of cereal no milk. Recently my ankle has really be so painful im finally going to a specialist next week I hope they can fix it
 
UPDATE:

Well I am at about 220 now was 218 last weigh in so lets see if my weight drops down again. My right shoulder has been in pain im not really sure im staying off it for a couple days and im finally going to a doctor for my ankle :]
 
Went to the doctor, he told me to take like 3 or 4 advil in the morning and again after dinner. I need to goto therapy for 30 days atleast, and I have like an extra bone in my foot. Has for my shoulder he said something about my ACL and just to stay off of it and apply heat for a little while. So I am hoping this all goes well and I can start jogging =]. I have heart doctor to go to, my diet has been worsening i will get it back up after tomorrow just been really busy lately

EDIT: Also he said I maybe have tendenitious in my achilles tendant
 
Stay strong--you can do it! As the pounds melt away, the exercise you are doing will get easier on your body.

You are young to be on blood pressure medications--make sure you are in close communication with your doctor about your program to make sure they agree with your approach.

You can track what you're eating on fitday.com--this is a great tool to watch calories and make sure you're eating enough of the right things.
