I definitely know how it goes with the busy schedule. I have my son coming in about two weeks, I work full time and go to school full time, time is of the essence. At least you've set aside that time every night to better yourself.

How long does it take you on Monday, Wed, and Fri to do your whole routine? What I am thinking is cutting your workouts into groups: Mon chest/tris Tues-Cardio/abs Wed-shoulder/back/biceps Thurs-Cardio/abs Fri-legs Sat-cardio/abs Sun-rest

This will shorten your workouts, while still giving great results. Your assortment of exercises looks good. I would also add a post workout protein supplement to feed the muscles. Let me know what you think.

I will give that schedule a try, anything that will give me the same results, but cut my workout time down would be great.

As far as my sets and reps, should I be doing more sets with less reps? I try to go heavier with each set so sometimes I am not achieving my full 12 reps.

Right after my workout I usually eat a cup or so of cottage cheese to get some protein, but I am reading on here I should be consuming whey protein after my workout and saving the casien(cottage cheese) for my bed time snack. What are your thoughts on this?

I noticed you said you go up in weight on each rep, so its natural that your reps decrease. Sounds like your using a a good routine, I used that one before, going 8-6-4-2 reps while increasing the weight.

I definitely recommend a protein supplement. I take Met-rx whey protein, excellent amount of protein and great price. I read a review that showed per gram of protein, it was the cheapest. Met-rx is also a brand that has been around a long time. Protein is what your muscles need to grow, so this will help you. As long as you keep your diet in good shape and continue to workout, a large amount of protein will not make you gain weight.

I bought it from this website.

It depends on the quality of the fibre Falco1. If the supplement is high quality fibre then your probably getting enougth. If it's just bog standard fibre, then you need no less than 35 grams a day.

I have read it should be no more than 35 grammes of fiber, not too sure on this one myself, haven't done enough reading.
I seem to remember in my nutrition being told 20 was adequate.
Anyone with more detail?lol

I can't seem to get over the hump of shedding these last few pounds especially some fat around my midsection. I am looking to refine my diet a little more and was wondering if someone could give me the best macro nutrient breakdown for someone wanting to shed fat. I have posted a few samoles of my diet and workouts in this forum. I just want to take my diet to the next level and really pay attention to the macros, so any advice on a good fat shedding ratio would be greatly appreciated.
