He said that doing HIT training (real hard and smart training) (hard work, all out), the ones who know what they are doing just get a tad more sore than normal, but the ones who typically screw around with their training are the ones who get way too sore.
I personally stay away from trying to find signals, I try to train harder, to get better, to not experiance such signals, but hey if I do, I just take a day off.
