I have decided to return to the military in January. I need to weigh 205lbs or below 24% ody fat to enlist. I was 312lbs as of Wednesday 6/11/08. As of today 6/17/08 I am 300.5. I am using the tredmill daily. I am a 28 year old male. I keep my heart rate at 150ppm. This means about 3.9 mph with a 0 to a .5% incline. I drink 1 1/4g of water a day. I eat fruit, vegtables, yogurt, and skinless/bonessless baked chicken. I have a lifting schedule
day 1 = back/biceps
day 2 = shoulders/triceps
day 3 = chest
day 4 = legs
day 5 = just run
day 6 = start again
What do you all think about this? Is this goal uptanable with in the time frame i have? anything you would add or change?
