Hi. Because our metabolisms are so thrown off by all of the processed foods that are available to us these days, I would caution against too much carbohydrate consumption that is not in the form of fruit. It is indeed arguable that whole grain breads contain minerals necessary to sustain optimal health, I think that when we are talking about individuals desiring to lose substantial amounts of weight, the processed carbohydrates are perhaps not ideal.

Strength training is the absolute, optimal way to train. Cardiovascular is secondary to a proper and complete strength training program. For the completely de-conditioned individual, cardio is a good starting point. But cardio only burns calories in the moment. What we want is our training to burn calories all day long -- that is only achieved through proper strength and power training.
 
Well tips are really helpful and amazing...Would like to much obliged for imparting this with us...Personally I believe in increasing activity level..It merely helps to build and regulate metabolism with ease..Lots of my friend prefer to consume but I always remind 'em , to be active in workout and balanced diet too along with pills ... So it can favorably works... :) :) :)

your tip seems to be very helpful and I completely agree with everything. However, it seems like it is still not working for me. I've just recently got back to working out more though. Do you have any tips especially on simple healthier meals?
 
A really good and simple way to start losing weight is to drink a glass of room temperature water with half a lemon squeezed in it first thing in the morning. Lemons contain a fiber called Pectin which gives you a feeling of being full, tends to suppress hunger. If we don't feel hungry, we are for sure going to eat less, especially fattening foods.
