Alright, I was OK to maintain for a while, but my cheetah-like metabolism had me still losing weight very slowly at 4000 calories per day. I decided if I'm going to have to force feed myself, I might as well go all out and do a bulk at 5000 per day....cautiously, I'm going to stop before I gain too much fat.
Most is simply coming from food although I decided to give Cytogainer a try. I have one a day which helps me out with 580 calories

"I digest food when I look at it" metabolism, or
"I am already running to the bathroom when I smell food" metabolism, you are working with what you know about yourself and making some impressive personal accomplishments.
