Thats good to know, thanks LaMaOne or two scoops, especially fruit flavors, aren't a big splurge. It's usually the big coups, cream-based icecream, topped with whipped cream, maybe some syrup and candied nuts... that's the problem.

Yes I think as far as spirits go gin is usually the go to for people on a dietHaving a social life can definitely make it harder to keep your figure! Sounds like you enjoyed yourself though, which is quite important. Child portion of chili con carne could be a great choice. The alcohol... weeeeell... Gin is relatively low-carb for a spirit, isn't it?

I think my hashbrowns after drinking on Sunday night agree with you!Sounds like a doable plan and 3 small drinks are around 500 kcal, not to mention the food you (ok, I!) tend to eat when alcohol flows.
