3 weeks progress...any change?

Just got back into working out about a month ago, wanted to see if anyone sees any progress or where I should focus my efforts. I am trying to get my BF down to about 10% before I try to gain weight. Your comments are welcome and greatly appreciated.

You definately looking more toned. Skin looks tighter, but I don't think you were at 17% body fat to begin with. You look too skinny to be that high.

I used to have great abs until about 3 years ago when I stopped smoking and started snacking! My plan is to get rid of this extra fat and see if they are still there somewhere :confused:

If that dosen't work maybe I'll just get abs tattoed on me :)

I find the hilarity in all of the threads that were "accidentally" posted here by guys. At least give me credit for sparing you some lame story about not noticing that this was the girls forum.
