Lots of us on the forum have expressed that we need a good long challenge! Bathing suite season will be here before we know it, so lets start it off right!!
**The winner of this challenge will be determined based on PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOSS**
To determine %WL you'll need to.....
1. Divide number of pounds lost by the starting weight.
2. Multiply the answer to step 1 by 100
Example: 40 /330 x 100 = 12.12%
Im putting this challenge together too late to create groups, so this will be an individual challenge. Lets make sure to support each other in THIS THREAD.
To help make the three months a little more entertaining (and hopefully avoid losing members during the three months) we'll have mini challenges along the way! Every two weeks a member will be chosen and he/she will have the chance to pick that 2wk. mini challenge!!
These mini challenges are not to help determine a winner, but to make the challenge a little more fun! I will announce the winner of the mini challenge at the end of the 2 wks, but again, thats just for fun. Keeping track of your mini challenge is up to you. You can place an astrik in that spot for every day, or wait until the end of the 2 wks is up and then just post the number of days you met your goal, whatever you'd like.
You can join this challenge at any point, so feel free to jump right in there!!
**The 1st mini challenge we'll have will run 2 wks, so it'll be over on March 14th is WATER!!! Lets drink 2 liters of water a day!**
