Guys... I'm calling it....... I'm starting on Korrie's 3 month challenge since well.. I didn't really lose any weight in Feb.
 
January 1st - 119 kg
January 15th - 116.5 kg -focused on diet mostly (foods i eat) with just light exercise. 2.5kg down.
January 31st - 115 kg - another loss, hoo-rah! started light exercises .
February 15th - *mental blank * - not a good week.
February 28th - 114.4 small loss , now back on track :)
1 month to go, going to make it count>!!!
