I'm afraid I'm unlikely to continue with this thread.
I have to be honest and say I am trying to recover from an eating disorder (restrictive-binge eating) and it's probably not helpful to my recovery.

If you aren't getting assistance with your disorder NEDA is a non-profit organization that offers online screening for disorders to try and help you find the right assistance.

Had a pretty small loss this week, but I wasn't at home for several days, and I also had my TOM. I'm definitely still retaining water, I feel all puffy. Things are back to normal this week though, so hopefully I see a bigger drop next week. I was down to 204.4 before my TOM and being gone for several days, which included 2 days of hospital food. I expect a good drop in the next couple days. :)
 
I know this is already started, but since I weigh in on mondays any way, was wondering if I could join in for the remainder of this?

I had a 1.2 loss this week. I updated my post on the first page. I've been stuck at 203.8 for 4 days now though, so I'm hoping for a good drop soon.
 
My goal is too lose 21.4lbs (270).

Monday 20th October: 291.4lbs
27th October: 289.6 (goal 286)
3rd November: 287.8 (goal 284)
10th November: 282.4 (goal 282)
17th November: 283.8 (goal 280)
24th November: 278.6 (goal 278) -12.8
1st December: 281.6 (goal 276)
8th December: 275.4 (goal 274)
15th December: (goal 272)
22nd December: (goal 270)

BONUS GOAL:

Lose the rest of the contestants' combined loss goals (as of 10/22/14) = 25 pounds

I guess I though we weren't doing this since Dani left. It will be good for me to keep up. Join in Risty! I'm a little behind goal, but it's a really aggressive goal (2.1lb/week).

3rd November: 213.0 (We had company from out of town. It definitely showed on the scale. lol)
10th November: 205.4 (Huge loss this week, but it was probably mostly water weight)
17th November: 205.0 (Small loss this week, but I wasn't at home for several days and it was my TOM, so I'm retaining water.)
24th November: 203.8
1st December: 203.4 (Ate a lot of carbs and salty food this weekend, so I'm retaining water)
8th December:201.2
15th December:199.0
