Unfortunately I haven't lost any. I shouldn't have taken a challenge during my TOM. :(
 
Forgot about this particular challenge...well, since my last post, I think I've lost 3 lbs, and I've gone for at least one walk every day, so I've made my goal! :D :D :D

Ok, so I haven't given up hope on my diet....but I am a little frustrated that I got down to 195, then TOM came and now I'm at 197, I keep hoping that it's just water weight but when exactly does the body let go of the period weight?

I feel your pain, I feel your pain. I'd like to know the answer to that question myself. *OHD shakes her head*:rolleyes:

OHD and Kaitie, I know how you feel...last month was really weird for me and I hardly lost anything. But don't let that get you down.:)
 
I'm down alright...and frankly, really mad.

I'm exercising 6 days a week and I'm gaining weight!!!!!!!!

Grrrr.
 
Watch, as soon as your TOM is over you might be surprised at how much the scale goes down. Now I try to not even weigh myself around my TOM, cuz yeah, it is really irritating and depressing.

Thanks for this, I'll try to keep my head up...but its just so darn discouraging. My TOM ended yesterday so hopefully the scale will ease up soon. :eek:
 
I'm up for it! my goal 4lbs in 10 days. Stick to my diet EVERY DAY no cheating no excuses!!! ok Nov 11 is my start day lets get a hussel on my muscle! :)
 
HA HA HA! Yes apparently I wasn't reading the post date just looking for a challenge! YES I would love that! and so far today it's been a great day! Lots of water and all the right stuff so Im off to a good start! But probably should double check post dates next time! I would love it if we had a 10 day challenge
