How long did it take Daniel Craig to Buff up for Casion Royale? Anybody know?

going on what i think people generally would do - he used steroids. Don't see why he should be given the benefit of the doubt, ripped or non-ripped!

Would they?

My view is, he may or may not have used steroids, however, I also think there's no reason for him to have needed steriods to get that body. If he used them then he wasted his time because he hasn't acheived anything special, that body looks like the product of a few months of big eating and heavy lifting.

whoever said he neglected his legs was right. I saw a picture of him earlier and his legs were like... no muscle mass in them at all. You'd expect to at least be able to see the quads when he's walking with that kind of upper body, but it's just like an amorphous shape.

For Mr Average walking down the street, he has a great body

For someone who lifts, he is Mr Average.

I'd be pissed off if I spent money on steroids and ended up with chicken legs and a bulk belly (my stomach looks like his but I don't use steroids or have my own personal nutritionist :p)
 
When I am saying he looks good, I mean in terms of the average person. Such as the average women, I think they would be very happy if their fella had a body like that.

Of course he is nothing special, but I wouldn't mind looking like that atall. I am thinking of going on a bulk, even though I would put on fat because I want to get better shape to my chest. Theres no muscle for me there now because I messed up and slipped out of my routine and what I do have isn't muscle.

I don't have big man boobs though, but still more there than there should be in terms of fat! lol.

If I bulked would my chest just end up fat or is it easier to put muscle around that area and most of the fat goes to your waist??

Maybe I carry fat better than most then but to me I think 20%. If you have muscle, the arms, traps, shoulders and pecs always look quite lean, the key is around the waist.

Either way, the guy got paid to get in great shape and had a lot of 1 on 1 training; there would be no reason to use gear to get like that

I was less than 20% when I started cutting an he looks waaaaay leaner than I did. In fact I looked kinda like a fatass. What method did you use? I think you may be overestimating your percentage. Abs don't show for most guys until around 10% and he doesn't look too far from it. I'd say he's very low teens

lol true... he definitely doesn't look like a proper steroid freak or anything even close BUT it's like someone else mentioned, he's usually a pretty lean dude, less of the shoulders n chest/arms, whereas in that pic, he actually looks like he's put on a considerable amount of weight.. (haven't seen the legs pics myself)

now granted that could have just been from people telling him exactly what to eat and exactly how to train, however, it could just as easily have been him not willing to spend the time doing all that (cuz if u think about it, it would take a considerable amount of time to bulk from what he was to that) and just resorted to steroids as a quick fix! Not saying he did for definite, no-one could, just that in my mind that's the most likely case!

Btw, i'm currently bulking and I think bulk-bellies are awesome! Lovin' it! It's a conversation piece! lol

In my limited experience of bulking I'd say the chest stays surprisingly lean as compared with the stomach and also initially it is quick to increase in size and strength..

I think it's similar to cutting, the places that are quickest to lose the most, or in this case, gain the most fat are the big "pooling-points" such as the belly, arse n thighs-area, basically the middle of the body (think "apple-shape" lol).. Not sure if this is true of everyone else or just with me..

FYI I'm 5'9, 168ish lb, 20ish%bf - bulking to 185 and hopefully cutting back to 160-65 after..

uh... yeah? that's actually a very low percentage of people who take steroids. most people take them because they have a half assed plan, say "my genetics are bad" and then go get some gear.

Those people are idiots and are the ones who overdose on it and make the other users looks all evil.
