Nice start SmithMachine. You've packed on some serious muscle. Keep up the good work. You look great.

nice! A lot of new muscle, and not a lot of new fat. Keep up the good work!
I would probably eat even more, I think you can afford it. It will probably make you gain a bit more muscle, maybe some more fat but it won't be significant since you haven't gained much of it so far.

Very nice SmithMachine... You look millions of times better.

How long did that take you anyway? That's awesome.

And how the hell can you add so much muscle without adding any fat? Pretty sick... what's your secret?

Keep building up man!

thanks :) no secret i just do what everyone els does....eat 6-7 times a day never go hungry all good food none junk and have 4 protien shakes a day do this and lift heavy till you cant lift no more and good sleep and you make gains :)

SORRY bro!!! I gotta call ya out big time!!

you do not do what everybody else does. YOU DO WHAT EVERYBODY ELSE TALKS ABOUT DOIN!!

nice nice work.

if you keep that up, you will have choices physically and athletically that most will never even fathom!

I am wondering what your maintance calories are... and how much over it do you eat?

Also what proportion of protein/carbs/fats?

You went through a total transformation man. In that first picture you look like a skinny little 11 year old.

In the others you look like a man! :SaiyanSmilie_anim: Once again, well done! You are really kicking ass.

about 12 kg...its gone up like 3 in the last month  don't know why:confused: i started at 58-59 i am now on 70

That is superhuman. So much for "the human body can only build .5 pounds of muscle per week under the most optimal of conditions"

I'm just curious.. how tall are you and how old?

6'2" or 6.2ft?

Your gains are good, but keep at it. Anywhere over 6' you're gonna need to be over 200lbs to be a real competitor.
