I noticed that by the time I get to the good mornings my back is too tight from the deads to push myself that hard. Not painful, just tight
 
Your gym does weights in Kg, right? 99lbs lol, that's almost as bad as 67.5's in my weight room.

Looking solid, I'll definitley be checking in more.

Yeah, they can be. Although I love being a dad so I'm always the one that wants them. My girlfriend has to push them out so she's not always so keen :)
 
I spent some time with the foam roller thing today that Tony wants me to try which means my routine didn't get performed fully. I plan on doing some extra dumbell work tonight though, the int/ext rotations should be easy enough to do with DB's
Overall the roller was pretty cool, it was bigger than expected it to be and took a while getting used to.
And the scales are back, I weighed in at 233lbs :eek:, if that's muscle then I think it must all be in the legs though as I don't see much upper body progress

Then I did some foam roller stuff, when I went to do the press up again I saw that someone pinched one of the medicine balls!!! I decided to try doing it with both hands on one ball

Yeah, between my butt and shoulder blades mainly, felt a bit like I'd had a massage afterwards

The foam rollers are kept in a corner where all the skinny women and estrogen filled men go to do their pilates or yoga, that's why I initially said my gym didn't have them. It felt a bit like going into the wrong gangs area of the playground at school :)
They're all sat there in their immaculate fashionable gym gear looking at peace in these odd positions and I go lumbering over looking like shrek in a bad mood while wiping the sweat out of my eyes with my 10 year old t-shirt with holes in :yelrotflmao:
 
New shirt?!? I'm beginning to suspect you aren't a man at all ;)

I've worn this t-shirt to exercise for over 10 years, it's gained magical powers over the years. I may well have bought it when I was about 14 and weighing 10 stone but until I tear through it it stays, holes and all.

It's also an original Russell Athletic top who went out of business so it has retro appeal and everyone who sees me wearing thinks I'm cool
