I spent some time with the foam roller thing today that Tony wants me to try which means my routine didn't get performed fully. I plan on doing some extra dumbell work tonight though, the int/ext rotations should be easy enough to do with DB's
Overall the roller was pretty cool, it was bigger than expected it to be and took a while getting used to.
And the scales are back, I weighed in at 233lbs

, if that's muscle then I think it must all be in the legs though as I don't see much upper body progress

Then I did some foam roller stuff, when I went to do the press up again I saw that someone pinched one of the medicine balls!!! I decided to try doing it with both hands on one ball
