If you're working out regularly, I'd check your diet. Have you tried fitday.com? You can see how many calories you're taking in and from where (carbs, fats, proteins) so you can have more information if you want/need to make changes.
If you've added weight training to your workouts, you may see a gain in weight from adding a bit of muscle. Also, weight can fluctuate a lot depending on how much water you've retained, how recently you'd eaten, etc... I always try to weigh myself as soon as I wake up, right after the morning run to the restroom. this is when i get the most consistent weight.
hmmm yes i did wonder if i coulda gained a little muscle 2 replace the fat as i can c a deffinite change in my body and also my boyfriend (who i only see once or twice a week) told me i had lost weight around my stomach and hips.
i had a look on fitday.com........ what a brilliant site... why did i not find out about this earlier.
will fill it in for a couple of days and then let u know whats going on in the diet department n c if there is any changes i can make here n there
Throw that scale in the garbage. Go by what the mirror tells you and how your clothes start to fit. It's very easy to gain lean tissue and lose fat at the same time if this is a new lifestyle for you.
luckily i dont have scales at home.... it was in a shop in the town centre.
but i will try not 2 get on them again.
and yes..... i truly never ever wanna go back.
i know i have said this a million times already but i realyl feel that this is it now.. and the yo-yo-ing has to stop b4 i mess myself up totaly. i cant do it 2 myself any more.
you have all witnessd this now... if i go back on my word (and wishes) ... then i deserve some corporal punishment
Regarding fitday - it's best if you put your food in yourself - that is enter them as custom foods. That will give you more exact numbers to work with.
i deff put this down to including HIIT twice a week..... not sure if woulda seen resuslts as fast.
i must admit..... i f-in hate HIIT (well i hate actually doing it but the buzz after is nice) , i really havta force myself to do it but i guess it is all worth it.
7 weeks and 2 days..... if i could get my waist measurment to 27 by then ... i will be very happy.
normally when i get to 28" i have real trouble getting it lower.... so have lots of work.... but im gonna do it
decided to show you all a progress picture.....
this is me now and also a re-post of the picture i posted two weeks back.
i am now 4 weeks into my healthy eating/fitness regime.
PS- went to a restaurant for my neices birthday yesterday and i realyl felt like going wild (greasy fattening meal, alcohol and a nice desert) but was very good and went for salmon and vegetables.
Looks like you're making some good progress! Your waist and thighs definitely look better. I'm with Evolution. If you're going to continue to improve your physique you might consider carrying a stick cause you already look pretty damn good!
got some bad news.... i have slipped up BIG TIME last 3 days and binge eaten and not exercised.
i had some bad bad rows with my boyfriend over the weekend and i think its over now so i went into the depressed, stuffing face and sitting on fat ass mode.
FROM TOMORROW I HAVE TO GET BACK ON TRACK BECUASE IF I LOSE IT TO MUCH THEN IT'L BE HARDER TO GET BACK INYO.
I CANNOT GO BACK ON MY WORD AND I WILL NOT GO BACK ON MY WORD EITHER
its oats and HIIT for breakfast
any words of encouragment will be much appreciated
thanks
Try to remember your overall goals and not let your emotions get to you. If you feel it's over and need motivation, remember the best way to handle it is living well and looking good. Eat healthy and keep working out to show what he's missing out on.
