I will take one of those 0 cal smoothies too!!

I did 16 sets of bi's
16 sets of tri's
5 sets of abs last night. Also 15 minutes of cardio....yuck...but doing it. I want a 6 pack!!!

I ate 2 skinless chickent breasts, rice, green peppers and onions and salad with no dressing last night and drank water.

For breakfast, I had 2 slices of whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter on it and a bowl of oatmeal.
 
I had only 1/2/ cup of rice. I thought the chicken was good. Sometimes I forget I am cutting before my bulking cycle starts again...duh
 
Good job scolew on the meals. thats more like it. Throw some extra protein in that breakfast. it'll jump start the ol' metabolism after an all night fast. Egg whites? like those? Do you have any whey protein powder? that mixed in oatmeal is sometimes very yummy, especially if you add PB. mmmm
 
Sparrow....have not thought about putting the chocolate whey in the oatmeal....that does sound good. I love eggs....just not sure about just the egg whites...does it taste the same. I love PB too! Thanks for the advice!
 
ohhh not sure about chocolate whey. that might be nasty. I have chocolate for my shakes and vanilla to put in stuff like yogurt or oatmeal. You could try and let us know! might be a new wonderful recipe! lol. Egg whites are pretty tasty! They taste lighter than the whole egg but they are pretty good scrambled. I sometimes just spritz some butter spray on mine when they're done or put a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup. thats really good. I do both those to my oatmeal too. This is kinda goofy but when I started doing egg whites a long time ago I was afraid they'd taste yucky so I put 2 drops of yellow food coloring in them to look like "eggs" so I'd eat them. lol its that DORKY or what? now I really like them a LOT..without food coloring :)
 
Sparrow.....I will try the vanilla whey first...I guess that does sound pretty nasty! Sugar free molasses...yum. Now that sounds good. Could I use sugar free jelly also? These are great ideas. Thanks

Lunch:
Turkey sandwich on whole wheat with NO cheese...:( I do love cheese soooo much, a cup of sugar free yogurt and a banana. Water to drink

yeah you can do sugar free but do remember when you are cutting you want to stay as clean as possible. Sugar free stuff is considered "Frankenfood" its not natural and it does different things in different bodies. I use very minimal just to taste. it keeps my cravings away for sweets too if my food isn't too boring. some people can get away with it, some can't. When do you do your gym time? center your carbs before and mostly right after that time. then try to stay with fiberous (non starchy) carbs all the other meals. always always include some sort of carb with your protein. I found that when I switched from a practically no carb to a balanced carb diet I started losing the body fat. weird but true. Also the healthy fats. they are important. oh so many things to remember, I know.
