I got a online coach, he said to deload, so today i just bench about 75% and in the week i will train accesoires at bench an light squats.

Did 4x5 with 70% of 177 123,3 Take 125 and did one set amrap with 10 reps and probably one or two divebombs in the Tank. So 125x4x5 and 1x10 Highbarpause was 50% didn't know which weight i should pick, so i took 100kg and did 1x9 beltless, 1x8 with belt 1x10 with belt. Then legpress with 120x3x15, 1x20 accident did 5 to much. Dumbell rows: 1x26kgx15, 1x28x15 1x30x15 1x32x15 Chest support rows: 60x15 80x15 90x15 100x15 Had only a machine with similar mechanic, just a plateloaded seated row. Leg curls: 4x15 harmstring Skipped core, sorry was to late.
 
wednesday: Bench: did 75x4x5 70% 1x7 amrap(1 probably left, still tough) 2ct Pause 70% 75x4 middle Finger 75x4 to middle finger 75x5 normal grip 75x5 normal 45x5x10 5x15 raises 1x19 pushup 1x 12 1x 17 1x18 1x 20 No footage
 
145x6, 155x3 heben, luft für 3.
