Simple Groin Stretch (Butterfly stretch)

Instructions

  1. Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet together. Gently apply pressure to the insides of your knees until you feel the stretch in your groin.

  2. If you lean forward from the hips, you should get a stretch in your low back and possibly your glutes (buttocks).
