This exercise focuses on stretching the quad muscles. It is great to do after sporting activities, or after a warm-up.
Instructions
- Stand in an upright position, with both feet together. There should be a slight bend in the knees.
- Slowly bring the one leg behind you by bending the knee and grab it with your hand, behind the buttocks. Hold for 10-12 seconds and release back to starting position. Switch legs for one complete rep.
- Recommended reps: Do 2 reps for each leg.
