This exercise focuses on stretching out the triceps and the latissimus dorsi (lats).
Instructions
- Start by standing with both feet shoulder width apart, arms resting at your sides.
- Extend your left arm up, and bend at the elbow, so that you are reaching down the center of your back. Hold that arm down at the elbow with your other hand. Hold for 10-12 seconds, return to start position and switch arms. Repeat twice for each arm.
- Suggested reps: 2 for each arm.
