Using a medicine ball and exercise ball, this exercise will help develop core strength, balance and shoulder strength.
Instructions
- Start by finding your balance on your knees on the exercise ball. Hold the medicine ball out in front of you with arms slightly bent (do not straighten elbows).
- While maintaining your balance on the exercise ball, twist your upper body from right to left. Hold the medicine ball at arms length in front of you throughout this exercise.
- This exercise can be done with or without a medicine ball.
