This is a great exercise that can be done on any seat, not just a stability ball.
Instructions
- Sit upright on a stability ball, with an exercise band under both feet. Hold the ends of the exercise band in each hand. Your feet should be about hip width apart
- Your upper arm should remain motionless throughout the exercise. Exhale and bend your right elbow and bring your right hand up toward your shoulder, turning your palm up as you do so. Inhale as you return to the start position.
- Repeat as above with the left arm. Repeat 8-12 times, rest, then repeat the exercise, if desired.
