My wife uses this 70s recipe from her aunt in Chicago whenever we have a family gathering. Pretty simple and always popular! (the food, not my wife!)

- 10 hard boiled eggs with shells removed
- 6 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons light salad cream
- 1 teaspoon piccalilli
- Pinch of smoked paprika
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instruction
- Halve eggs with a sharp knife
- Carefully remove yolks and place in bowl
