this delicious pizza is low calorie and lowfat. its very easy to make and the name describes exactly what to expect
Ingredients
- *2 low carb whole wheat tortillas
- (using small low carb wraps cuts down on calories and its still very good!! i use Baja brand low carb whole wheat flour tortillas that have 70 calories each)
- *2 roma tomatoes (sliced)
- *1/4 cup prego organic tomato and basil sauce
- *1/3 cup lowfat mozzarella fancy shredded cheese
- *dash of black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder
- *dash of lowfat parmesaen cheese
Instruction
- 1. preheat oven to 425F
- 2. lightly grease baking sheet (pam)
- 3. layout tortillas on baking sheet
- 4. slice tomatoes and place onto tortillas
- 5. spread prego sauce onto tortillas evenly
- 6. sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tortillas evenly
- 7. spice your pizza with your favorite spices
- 8. once oven is preheated put baking sheet on middle rack for approximately 10 minutes or until crispy and golden
- 9. ENJOY!! spinkle on some parmesean cheese too!
