Vegan Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Now you can enjoy a cookie in healthy way. With this recipe you will not have the guilt in munching :-)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Combine ingredients and drop by tablespoons on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
