The main ingredients are very good in skin,tuna contains omega3 that will help your skin to glow and squash is very good in Vitamin A.The coconut milk has a very good components that is also good in maintaining glowing skin.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Tuna chunks
  • 2 cups of coconut milk[evaporated milk is an alternative]
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 200 grams squash,cut in small cubes
  • 1 tsp.ginger
  • 1 tsp.slice onion leaves
  • salt

Instruction

  1. Heat the pan
  2. pour the coconut milk
  3. add the ginger,onion leaves,and the squash.
  4. Wait until the squash is half done and add the tuna chunks.
  5. Boil until the squash is soften.
  6. Then prepare in a bowl.
