Red Raspberry Sherbet

This is a great summer treat or simple dessert for any dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat milk, soy milk, or skim milk
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  1. In a blender, combine milk, raspberries and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mix into a shallow dish or bowl and cover.
  4. Freeze until firm.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
