Ingredients

  • 4 4 oz/120 g salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Spinach Almond Pesto
  • 4 lemon wedges

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
  2. Place fillets in a baking dish and spread 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) pesto on each fillet.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  4. Serve each fillet with a lemon wedge.
