Cranberry Banana Loaves

A loaf you will love! Very low in fat and calories!

Ingredients

  • 18 1/4 ozs white cake mix
  • 1 1/2 c bananas, mashed
  • 4 ozs fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c fresh cranberries, halved
  • 1 whole egg

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 8"x4" loaf pans with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, cream cheese, egg, and bananas. Mix until smooth. Fold in cranberries. Mix well. Spread batter evenly between pans.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
