Chilled Strawberry Romance

A great summer treat with delightful color!Can be also served as a soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 quart strawberries, stem tops removed
  • 8 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 orange, juice of
  • 4-6 mint leaves

Instruction

  1. Wash and stem berries.
  2. Place ingredients in food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Chill and serve with a small dollop of yogurt and a mint sprig as garnish.
  4. *It can be further enhanced with a shot of Grand Marnier or a couple ounces of sweet champagne.
