Chicken with Oregano and Mushroom is a healthy and nutritious main course.
Ingredients
- 3-4 Chicken Breast - boneless, skinless
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1/2 C Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 8 oz package mushrooms
Instruction
- Brown chicken slowly in oil
- Add onion
- Cook until soft drain and season chicken with salt and pepper
- Add oregano, garlic broth and mushrooms
- Scrape bottom of pan to loosen browned bits
- Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes
