Black Bean and Mango Salsa

You won't be able to resist the tropical flavor of this fat free, cholesterol free salsa!

Ingredients

  • 1 package GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
  • 1 can (16 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Instruction

  1. MIX all ingredients until well blended; cover.
  2. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour.
  3. SERVE with grilled chicken or tortilla chips.
