Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal (old fashioned or quick cooking)
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs beaten
- ½ cup applesauce, chunky or regular
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt or maple syrup, for topping
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 325°F
- In a large bowl, combine:
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- Mix in:
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup applesauce
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ cup brown sugar
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 325°F for 45 mins.
- Serve hot with a top of vanilla yogurt or maple syrup.
